When I drive to work each morning, I face a very tall radio tower as I sit at my first stop light. This serves as my reminder to intentionally increase my feelings just one rung today, as if I'm climbing the radio tower.I don't need to get to the top today - just one rung higher.
This does two things. First, it builds a habit of seeking a higher frequency. Second, it let's you practice shifting your feelings to a higher vibrating state through a variety of means. Mastering your frequency level will allow you to master your life.
Having done this practice repeatedly, some days I go to work feeling so good that I just picture myself sitting at the top of the tower enjoying the view. Some days you CAN go straight to the top! Other days, do whatever it takes to make yourself feel just a little better. This is a very powerful practice that instills positive momentum in your life and, with time, can have you often feeling like "this is the best day of my life."
